Returns and Exchanges

It is very important to us that you are completely satisfied and happy with your purchase and experience from 2 Cheeky Chicks. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return (refund) or exchange.

To be eligible for a return (refund) or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure the product has not been exposed to scents. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return (refund) or exchange process, you can contact us at info@2cheekychicks.ca. Please send a photo of the item with your request. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. If the item is not received in perfect condition, the request will be denied.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 3 days of receipt if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
