Shipping

After your payment has been approved, we will ship your entire purchase on a timely basis.

We ship worldwide. All shipping rates are based on flat rates. 

If you live within CANADA, your order will be shipped via CANADA POST.  

If you live OUTSIDE OF CANADA, your order may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please plan accordingly if you are purchasing a gift for a loved one. We will not cover the cost of any customs, taxes, duties or any other import fees that you may incur upon receiving your purchase. 

Made to order items will be shipped once completed, on a schedule agreed upon between us. 

Your order will be shipped to the address provided to us. Please be sure your name and address are correct upon submission of your order. 

We take great care in packaging our items to avoid damages. However, once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. 

Please keep in mind that shipping delays may occur due to inclement weather, cross-border hang-ups, postal strikes, global pandemic (we know this to be true now!) and so many other reasons for delays and missed ETAs. Please keep this in mind when ordering and managing expectations. Thank you.

If you are local to Thunder Bay, you can choose PICK UP at checkout. You will receive an email with instructions once your order is ready for pickup.
